Normal turn around time is 7-10 Business days + shipping time to your destination. Each order is custom made per your special instructions. Should we encounter a delay in your order you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Saddle Stitches opened for business in May 2014, but the story begins long before that. Katherine Trinler had a life long love for embroidered linens, so after her wedding customizing everything that wasn't moving was the obvious choice. Through trial and error her love for linens grew into a business all her own. Mixing classic linens with unexpected colors gives Saddle Stitches the fresh, classic, yet modern look her customers have come to love. You will find everything from table linens, to classic baby gifts, to items for your home. It's all in the details, even the smallest, that makes Saddle Stitches your favorite place for embroidered linens and goods.

Turn around time on my order?
What about Shipping and Delivery?
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx for deliveries inside the United States and abroad from our headquarters in Lexington, KY. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once your order leaves our office you will need to contact your carrier for shipment and delivery information.
IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes we do! Our gift wrap includes a white box, ribbon, and enclosure card. Check the Gift Wrap box when you place your order and the message you would like us to include. We will take care of the rest.
Payment + Tax
We accept all major credit cards for online, phone, and invoiced orders.
Sales tax is not charged on orders shipped outside of Kentucky, however state sales tax of 6% applies to in state orders.
Do you embroidery items from outside your store?
Yes, we do! You can find our pricing and information about COM ( customer own material ) orders on our Embroidery Page under the Embroidery COM tab. Turn around time on COM orders is generally 3 weeks from the date we receive your items.
We are unable to accept returns on any personalized item. Please take the time to double check your order details before placing your order.
While we strive for perfection, sometimes mistakes happen. If you purchased an item from Saddle Stitches and the item is damaged during the embroidery process or incorrect due to our error please contact us and a new item will be shipped to you or a refund will be made to you ( the customer ).
*Please note this does not include order form errors made on the customers end.
For COM order ( customers own materials), we are not responsible for damages that may happen to your item. By sending us your items you agree to these terms. You will not be charged for the embroidery on damaged COM orders, and the items will not be replaced Saddle Stitches.

First + Last Name or as a joint Monogram. Our Antique monogram (shown) can represent a Last Name, as well.
Hannah Harper or Hannah + Harold or Harper Family
Three Letter Monogram
Can be used for an individual or as joint monogram.
Ann Delaney Brown or Ann + David Brown. For joint monograms the lady's name should always go first.
Important dates can be added, as well.
