For items that do not require personalization, your order will ship in 24-48 hours. For personalized items normal turn around time is 14 Business Days ( Mon - Fri ) plus shipping time to your destination. Each personalized order is custom made per your special instructions. Should we encounter a delay you will be contacted about your order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized items. Non-personalized items purchased on sale are final sale. Non Personalized items are available for store credit if returned within 10 days of receiveing your order.
